These terms and conditions set out the terms under which goods are sold by Us ( Coverbugs Ltd) to You (the consumer) through our website www.coverbugs.co.uk.

If you do not agree with these terms and conditions please do not purchase through our site. 

1. DEFINITIONS:

Us - Coverbugs Ltd, a company registered in England with company number 09736105, our registered trading address is 14 Biddesden Lane, Ludgershall, Wiltshire SP11 9PG.

You - the buyer who has agreed to purchase the goods from Us.

Goods - are the products sold through our site.

Contract - means the contract for the purchase and sale of the Goods.

Order - means your order for the goods.

Order confirmation means the acceptance by us of your order.

Order number - will be issued to You by Us once we have confirmed your order.

2. OUR WEBSITE: 

Our website https://www.coverbugs.co.uk is operated by ourselves Coverbugs Ltd and powered by Go Daddy Website builder. 

We endeavour to ensure the accuracy of all the information on our site. However mistakes can happen and these will always be rectified as soon as discovered. 

You are responsible for accessing our site and protecting your passwords and equipment from viruses. Coverbugs will not be held liable for any loss or damage that may arise due to your failure to protect your account.

3. PRICE:

The price of our products is clearly displayed on our website. 

In the unlikely event of a mistake in pricing on our site we reserve the right to cancel your order and will contact you to inform you of this event. 

In the event that there is a deliberate change in pricing by us which happens in between you ordering the goods and us processing the order, the price shown at the time of placing the order will be honoured. 

4. GOODS:

Descriptions and pictures or goods are shown on our website . Quantities and description will be confirmed in your confirmation of order. 

We make every effort for the pictures shown to be accurate. However there will always be a slight variation in colour due to variation in screen colour displays and lighting. 

5. ORDERING:

Placing an order via our website is very straightforward as you will be guided through the steps. Please check your order before submitting it. Once we have confirmed your order a contract is in place for us to supply the goods to you. 

If you make a mistake during placing an order please contact us by email as soon as possible.

If you provide us with incomplete information causing us to be unable to process the order we will attempt to contact you. If we do not receive a reply within 48 hours we will cancel the order and treat the contract as being at an end. 

Your order confirmation will include your order number and the amount and details of goods ordered.

If we are unable to supply the goods ordered we will email you to explain why. Any payment already taken will be fully refunded and any payment yet to be taken will be cancelled.

6. PAYMENT

Payment for goods and delivery must be made at the time of ordering. 

We accept payment via Paypal or with a credit /debit card via Stripe. Both of these are secure card payment options.

Ownership of the goods passes to you once payment in full has been received.

7. DELIVERY

We have a standard delivery charge as advised on our website. This includes delivery via Royal Mail to UK addresses ONLY. We aim to deliver all goods within 3-5 days. Please contact us via email if delivery outside the UK is requested. 

We will deliver to the address given to us with your order. It is your responsibility to ensure this is correct. 

Delivery is considered complete when we have delivered the goods to the address you have provided. 

Our package is a small parcel and will not fit through a letter box. Please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel. If no-one is available at the address, Royal Mail will leave a delivery note explaining how to rearrange delivery or where to collect your parcel. 

If the Royal Mail return the goods to us having been unable to deliver we will cancel your order and refund you.

8.FAULTY, DAMAGED or INCORRECT GOODS

If on receipt of your goods they are found to be faulty, damaged or incorrect please contact us by email as soon as possible. Our email address is info@coverbugs.co.uk. We will reply within 48 hours and will discuss the problem and arrange a refund or a replacement if appropriate. If there is a fault, damage or we have incorrectly sent the wrong product we will refund any postage paid by you as well as refund or replacement the goods. 

9. RIGHT TO CANCEL

Within the EU consumers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days after delivery. You must inform us within this time frame that you wish to do so. You will need to contact us preferably by email (info@coverbugs.co.uk) or else by post (address: Coverbugs Ltd, 14 Biddesden Lane, Ludgershall, Wiltshire SP11 9PG). You will need to include your order number and contact details. we will then contact you to discuss return. Goods will need to be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition within 14 days from when you informed us you would like to cancel. You do not need to tell us why you want to cancel. We are not responsible for the cost of return postage in this situation. Please obtain a proof of postage. Once we have received the product in accordance with the above, we will refund you fully (excluding return postage).
